Conference sessions will be held in the Great Auditorium ("Grand auditorium") and "Room 70" ("salle 70") and "Commissions Room" ("salle des commissions").

Great Auditorium, BnF

The Great Auditorium's foyer will be dedicated to coffee breaks, commercial exhibitions and poster sessions.

The Welcoming reception will be hosted at the "Belvédère", on the top floor of one of the BnF towers, offering a fantastic sight on Paris and its surroundings at sunset.
